    INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 -1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 (12-count) package Taco Shells
  • 1 -8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 -16 oz. jar salsa
  • 1 -16 oz. container sour cream

  • INSTRUCTIONS:

    In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, stirring occasionally, breaking into small chunks. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Meanwhile, warm taco shells according to package directions. Fill each taco shell with 1/3 cup ground beef mixture. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. Other optional toppings could be lettuce or tomatoes, or any other of your favorite items.
