INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
1 -1.25 oz. taco seasoning mix
3/4 cup water
1 (12-count) package Taco Shells
1 -8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 -16 oz. jar salsa
1 -16 oz. container sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, stirring occasionally, breaking into small chunks. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Meanwhile, warm taco shells according to package directions. Fill each taco shell with 1/3 cup ground beef mixture. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese and salsa. Other optional toppings could be lettuce or tomatoes, or any other of your favorite items. Nutrition information is based on a serving size of two tacos.
