    INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. original barbecue sauce
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 4 hamburger rolls
  • lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • sweet relish, mustard, catsup for toppings

  • INSTRUCTIONS:

    Mix meat and barbecue sauce. Shape into 4 patties.Grill or broil patties, approximately 5-6 minutes per side, brushing occasionally with additional barbecue sauce. Burger should be cooked to 160 degrees F. checked with a quick-response thermometer or a T-stick. Top each patty with a cheese slice. Grill or broil briefly until cheese melts. Put on rolls. Top with lettuce and tomato and other desired toppings.
