INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Salmon Fillets
1/2 cup plain lowfat or nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. Light Cream
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 cup Fresh Dill, minced
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove skin from salmon with a sharp knife. Coat skillet with oil or non-stick cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat. Place salmon in skillet. Cook salmon, flipping occasionally to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (about 10-15 minutes). While salmon is cooking, combine yogurt, light cream, and onion powder in a small mixing bowl. Stir in fresh dill. Serve sauce over salmon.
