Thick N Hearty Turkey Pot Pie

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups leftover cooked turkey, diced
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
2 unbaked, prepared pie shells
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 10-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
or use:
1 10-ounce can potato soup
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip light
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in medium bowl. Pour into unbaked, prepared pie shell. Cover with a second prepared pie shell and flute the edges, sealing the top crust to the bottom crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes until crust is golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
