Very Beary Peanut Brittle

Merry Bear-y Treats!

Yield: 1 1/2 lbs.



Heat sugar, water, corn syrup, and butter in medium saucepan over medium low heat, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches 290 degrees on candy thermometer. Stir in peanuts; continue cooking to 300 degrees. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and baking soda. Thinly spread mixture onto greased baking sheet. Press bear shaped grahams into mixture while still hot. Cool completely and break into pieces.
