Preparation Time: 10 min; Marinate: 10 min; Cook: 5 min
Preheat grill to medium high.
Mix all marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat; let stand for 10 minutes.
Thread 4 shrimp onto each skewer, piercing once near the tail and once near the head (leaving no space between shrimp).
Cook shrimp on grill rack for 2 minutes. Turn skewers over and grill for another 2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque in color and no longer transparent.
