Yield: 6 servings
In a large skillet, combine vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and bay leaf. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Place meat in the pan and turn to completely cover with glaze.
Broil or grill until for about 10 minutes; turn and cook about 7 to 10 minutes longer for medium rare or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F
Thinly slice and serve.
