Mango Banana Smoothie

In a blender container combine, mango, bananas, yogurt, ice, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Skewer a slice of mango, banana and mint sprig with two toothpicks for each serving and rest on the rim of each glass.

“Instead of a mango try a ripe pit free peach or nectarine. There is no need to peal the fruit. If more moisture is needed add some prepared Crystal lite mixed drink. You won't need the vanilla,cinnamon or nutmeg.”
