Heat skillet over medium heat.
In a small saucepan, combine jelly, chives, mustards and ginger. Warm glaze over low heat until jelly is melted, stirring occasionally.
Place ham in preheated skillet and brush with apple glaze. Fry ham steak for 8 to 10 minutes or until completely heated and lightly browned, turning once and brushing with jelly mixture. Serve with remaining jelly mixture.
